Counseling Experience/Approach:

Rania views every person as having specialized needs, working carefully to assess each person’s specific needs to determine the strategy that will assist a person to work to their full potential and maximize their therapy experience.  She uses the approach that best serves a client’s needs ranging from Christian Clinical Counseling, Expressive Art Therapy, traditional “talk” Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Therapy.  Rania partners with the client and his/her identified support system to develop a foundation that is built on a relationship of trust and teamwork, to navigate change towards healthy, productive daily living.

Counseling Experience/Approach:

Rachel provides an age appropriate, person-centered, individualized approach to treatment. She strives to be flexible and creative to find the best way to approach her client’s needs. Her experience has provided her with the knowledge of how the body and mind work together to create healing and acceptance. With her background as an equine therapist and behavioral specialist she has worked with children as young as two through adulthood presenting with all different needs, from autism, ADHD, divorce care, trauma, foster care, anxiety, depression, suicidal behaviors, and medical diagnosis such as fetal alcohol syndrome and epilepsy. She also has a background in biblical counseling and ministry leadership and music.

Carrie has a diverse background in Mental Health and Education. Her experience has included teaching/instruction, case management and counseling. Carrie’s approach includes using skills-based behavioral counseling (CBT, DBT) and life skills coaching tailored to the individual’s needs. Her goal as a counselor is to develop a positive therapeutic relationship with her clients and assist clients to build their own life worth living and navigate the best course for their life.
