About our Practice:
InLight Mental Health Services is a growing private practice in Bowling Green, Ohio. We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) to join our team. We offer a full spectrum of services including individual counseling, couples counseling and family counseling for children, teens and adults.
At InLight we strive to create a place of safety and refuge for each client who is navigating an incredibly hard, painful, and challenging season in life. We will journey alongside clients and provide loving, Christ-centered, evidence-based counseling approaches for those who desire to courageously develop insight and awareness.
All therapists are 1099 contractors and therefore have the flexibility to make their own schedule. Supervision is available for therapists working towards independent licensure/supervisory endorsement.

Benefits
Provided: laptop with Office 365, shared furnished counseling space, EHR, billing, credentialing, phone system
InLight will aid with client referrals to assist with caseload growth
Direct supervision available towards independent licensure and supervisory endorsements
Flexible scheduling
Competitive Pay
Consistent and predictable pay schedule based on volume of clients served. Amount will increase based on credentials, experience, specialties, and service type.
Increase pay by gaining independent licensure, Supervisory credentials or acquiring specialized training/certificates.
Will be paid out every two weeks irrespective of whether reimbursements from insurance have been made to InLight or not.
Bonus Opportunities
Working evening/weekend shifts
Retention bonus (after 60 days)
Maintaining full caseload
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based individual, couples and family intake assessments and counseling
Create and implement treatment plans
Ensure all clinical documentation is completed and maintained in a timely manner
Service delivery to be conducted in the office or via telehealth
Qualifications
5-8 years experience providing counseling services and/or assessments
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)/Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Ohio
Independent licensure (LPCC/LISW) preferred and/or willingness to work towards
May consider master’s level counseling interns, with faculty recommendations, but is contingent upon completing licensure status successfully
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience working with children is a plus
Christian clinical counseling approaches is a plus
Familiar with Microsoft windows and Office 365 tools such as Outlook, Word, Teams, and use of Electronic Health Record systems
